I've used Magic Moment Photo Booths six times over the past two years for corporate events, and they have become my go-to photo booth company in the Chicago area. Armond consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every event is a success. He's incredibly professional, always punctual, and exceptionally prepared. The setup is seamless, the experience is fun for our guests, and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend Magic Moment Photo Booths for any corporate event, wedding, or special occasion!!! They were able to set up outside and the footprint of the overall photo booth even with accessory table was not that large. Surprisingly, many of the other photo booth vendors would not work outside and/or their booths required too much real estate. Magic Moment Photo Booth is great! We had the open air photo booth for our wedding and it was such a fun addition to the night. All of our guests loved taking photos with the fun props, and we ended up with a bunch of goofy memories to look back on. The day of our wedding we had Dylan to operate the photo booth and he was so very nice, polite and did a great job making sure everyone had a good time with the photo booth. Pictures came out amazing, we loved the backdrop and props, as well as our background for the photos. We LOVED that our guest can text the pictures to themselves, everyone seemed to love that. Dylan made sure that me and my husband took a photo for the cover of our memory book. He waited patiently for us since everyone was stopping to take pictures of us. Magic Moment was such a great decision on our wedding day!! The Photo Booth ALWAYS had someone over at it and allowed for great memories to be shared! Phil, the attendant, was so fun and easy to work with/talk to. He made everything run smoothly throughout the night. The only issues we had were, for some reason, the GIFs and photostrips were unable to send immediately to guests' phones (I'm assuming due to some type of internet connection issue) and we were told we would get them sent over to our phones within 2 days of the wedding. When Armond reached out to us to follow up on how the services were, I notified him that we still hadn't received the photos/GIFs to our phones yet. He apologized and immediately fixed the issue, with the photos/GIFs sent over within a few minutes after that. Other than that - we are so happy we went with Magic Moment and decided to spend the extra money on a photobooth! We even designed our own personalized photo strip that was PERFECT! Nathaniel was the one who ran our booth the night of the event and he was super helpful. Our timeline had to be shifted/delayed a bit since our ceremony started late. He was able to work with us and make sure that it all went as smoothly as possible. Overall great experience with Magic Moment. Highly recommend them to everyone and anyone for whatever event it may be, not just weddings! & with that said, I'll probably hire them for all of our big family events going forward. I really enjoyed this company. I loved the template for our pictures. I just wish that in the memory book, they filled all of the pages front and back because our book ran out of space the first hour.Magic Moment Photo Booth came out for our Summer Reading Family Fun Fair.
